I've been having a hard time tracking this target down. They're part of a gang known as the Claw Salamanders who tend to be quite itinerate. However, it seems the group has been trying to get an old QV Breaker Station operational again and I think this just may be the chance to take out [TARGET] once and for all. \n\nStart your search at [LOCATION].
