Sky Palm

The Sky Palm is a genetically modified plant that was created by Rayari Inc to grow on worlds with thick, occlusive atmospheres. With long, thin trunks crowned with clusters of evergreen leaves that resemble large feathers, the sky palm's cell structures were tweaked to absorb a wider spectrum of light than the plants from which it was derived. It can also absorb a great deal of carbon dioxide, and is capable of surviving at high elevations.
