Port Conrad

Port Conrad is a former city on Armitage (Orion III) in the Vanduul-controlled Orion system. Founded in the mid-2600s by the United Empire of Earth (UEE), Port Conrad was the fastest-growing settlement on Armitage. It was on the way to being selected as the new capital after Armitage's 2711 recognition from the UEE Senate. However, it was lost to the Vanduul in 2712. Today, burnt-out buildings, craters, and other ruins cover what was once a vibrant city. Some of the Humans who have chosen to live on Armitage in spite of the ever present threat of Vanduul violence use Port Conrad as a center of trade.
