Titus

Titus is the most populous city on Selene (Vega III), United Empire of Earth (UEE), and the seat of the planet's government. Titus was once a center of commerce, but it experienced a sharp economic and population drop after the Fall of Virgil in 2737. While the city center is developed, there are abandoned construction projects on the outskirts that pose a continuous hazard to the populace. Recently, outside interests have begun purchasing this land in hopes of redeveloping it.
