Touvoni (Charon 3a) is the moon of Charon III, United Empire of Earth (UEE), known as Aiya in Dellin. After Tarquin Klast was elected governor of Dellin in 2944, he passed a popular decree renaming the moon to differentiate the values of Dellin from the other states on Charon III. All other states on the planet still call the moon Touvoni.
